Install Optimly on Webflow

In short

Add the generated snippet to Webflow and verify the published custom domain.

Optimly Connect detects Webflow and provides a guided manual installation. It does not store Webflow credentials or publish the site for you.

Install

In Connect, bind the published custom hostname to the correct Optimly brand.
Copy the exact generated snippet.
In Webflow, open Site settings → Custom code.
Paste the snippet into the site-wide code location specified by Connect.
Confirm the code appears only once. Do not add it to individual Embed elements as well.
Save and publish to the approved domain.
Open the published domain in a fresh tab and verify the installation in Connect.

Webflow's staging hostname and a custom production hostname are different origins. Add or test the origin you actually publish.

Disable collection for the site in Optimly if data acceptance must stop immediately.
Remove the snippet from Webflow's site-wide custom code.
Publish the prior approved Webflow revision.
Confirm that Optimly no longer receives new events from the site.

Publishing and rollback remain customer-controlled website changes.
